GRAPE VARIETY

100% Pinot Nero

VINIFICATION

Fermented in stainless steel at 26 degrees centigrade, followed by aging in large oak casks.

TASTING NOTES

Ruby red in colour, after long maturation it gets brick red reflexes; ethereal, smooth bouquet. Dry and nicely stimulating on the palate.

GOES BEST WITH

Red - grilled or roasted - meat and spicy hard cheese.
